
By clicking on any of the sites registration links and filling out the form, your information is delivered directly to our board members. Your name will be added to the "Player List" on the site within a week and your email will be added to our distribution list for email updates. Please note that only payment secures your place in the tournament. Sorry to keep repeating that but we want to be sure players know that registering and paying are not the same thing.
We have secured a Venmo business account under DHI Golf. Payment details can be found on the 'Register' page. In Venmo, please be sure to include the name/s of the player/s you are paying for to ensure their place on the roster.

Captains will draft their teams on the week before the event and team announcements will be sent out within 24 hours. Captains will then be in touch directly to coordinate outfits, team names, schedules, and weekend plans. Team outfits aren't required but highly encouraged!
As we get closer to the event date, Hiwan will assign a tee time for the group. Your groups tee time will be assigned the day teams are announced, which is usually a week before the event.
