PLAYER LIST
You're added to the list in white upon registering. Once payment in full is received, your spot is secured and your name will change to green.

Keep an eye on the PLAYER tab for updates to names and secured spots.
EMAILS
Register or contact us to have your email added to our distribtuion list. You'll receive all the latest updates for tournament details.

You can also check out the most recent updates and FAQ's on the site.
DRAFT
12 players with the lowest handicaps will be assigned as captains. Draft will take place the week of the tournament. Captains will be contacted individually leading up to the event.

Once teams are selected, TOURNAMENT WEEK tab will appear on the site and you'll receive an email notification from us.
DAY 1 - SATURDAY
Please show up at least 1 hour before scheduled tee time to meet your team, utilize the practice facilities and participate in game day updates.

End-of-Round scores will be turned into the clubhouse by the captain. Scores will be tracked and carried into Sunday!

Broncos play that evening. We are planning to watch at the Evergreen Brewery for those that can join.  

We are looking for sponsors for lunch, hole events, game day events and Sunday merchandise donations.
Day 2 - SUNDAY
We'll hit the course with the same teams. Longest drive, closet to the pin and longest putt will be back again this year.

Scorecards will be turned in at the end of the round for the clubhouse to count up Saturday and Sunday collecrtive scores.  
CELEBRATION
After Sunday's round, join us in the clubhouse for the annual raffle, event recap and announcement of the 2026 winners.

Take lots of pictures and help share in the fun. The week of, we'll create a shared photo album for everyone to join.

Photos will be added to the GALLERY and winners will have their photo added to the CHAMPIONS page.
